FAQs

You've got questions. We've got answers.

Are the sessions private?

Yes. All sessions are conducted in a confidential and respectful environment, allowing you to discuss your concerns openly.

How are the sessions conducted?

Sessions are held online via video call. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive all the necessary joining details by email or WhatsApp.

Can I prepare questions beforehand?

Absolutely. In fact, it is highly recommended. Preparing your questions beforehand helps make the most of your session and ensures we can focus on what is most beneficial for you.

Can couples or families attend together?

Yes. If the session concerns marriage, parenting, or family matters, couples or immediate family members may attend together where appropriate.

Can parents book a session for their child?

Yes. Parents are welcome to book sessions for teenagers or young adults who would benefit from Islamic guidance and mentorship.

Can I ask questions about Islaamic rulings (fatwas)?

Yes. General Islaamic questions may be discussed during the session.

However, these sessions are not a fatwa service, and Abu Mussab is NOT qualified to issue fatwas.

Where a specific question requires a formal religious verdict or involves complex matters that necessitate scholarly research and expertise, you will be advised to consult a qualified scholar or be directed to appropriate resources.

What if I need more than one session?

Many people find value in follow-up sessions as they continue implementing advice and working towards their goals. You're welcome to book additional sessions whenever you feel further guidance would be beneficial.

How should I prepare for my session?

To make the most of your session:

  • Make du'aa that Allaah grants you beneficial knowledge and guidance.

  • Write down the topics or questions you would like to discuss.

  • Join from a quiet place with a stable internet connection.

  • Have a notebook ready to record important points and action steps.

Can a sister book a one-to-one session?

Yes. Sisters are welcome to book a session. However, a trusted third person (such as a mahram or another sister) must be present throughout the session. This requirement is in accordance with Islaamic guidelines and helps ensure the session is conducted in a manner pleasing to Allaah.

What if I need to reschedule?

You may reschedule your session at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Unfortunately, rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session cannot be accommodated, and the booking will be considered forfeited. This policy helps ensure appointment availability and respects the time reserved for your session.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the limited availability of appointments, all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your session provided the request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session cannot be accommodated, and the booking will be considered forfeited.

If a session must be cancelled by Abu Mussab due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
