Yes. Sisters are welcome to book a session. However, a trusted third person (such as a mahram or another sister) must be present throughout the session. This requirement is in accordance with Islaamic guidelines and helps ensure the session is conducted in a manner pleasing to Allaah.

You may reschedule your session at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Unfortunately, rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session cannot be accommodated, and the booking will be considered forfeited. This policy helps ensure appointment availability and respects the time reserved for your session.

Due to the limited availability of appointments, all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your session provided the request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If a session must be cancelled by Abu Mussab due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
